(Surprise, AZ.) – Wayne Turner, Marketing Director of PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS REALTY, Inc., made an announcement today that will shake up Maricopa County. PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS REALTY finalized the acquisition of a fourteen-passenger bus for the express purpose of taking interested buyers to Foreclosed properties around Maricopa County.
To get the bus kicked off, PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS REALTY is holding a CLIENT APPRECIATION DAY and FORCLOSURE TOUR BUS unveiling on Thursday, June 5th, at their office in Surprise at 12213 West Bell Road, suite 116, from 4:30PM till 7:30PM. There will be food, drinks, raffle prizes and fun for the kids. During the party, Turner will give everyone a tour of the new bus.
“PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS REALTY is pleased to offer this unique experience to the people of Maricopa County.” Turner went on to state that this unique mode of transportation is the first of its kind in Maricopa County, and possibly the entire state of Arizona. “REALTORS have rented limos or multi-passenger vans and charged for their services”, Turner states, “but we are the first to purchase a bus and offer this FREE to the public.”
PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS REALTY hopes to fill the bus at least twice per week with prospective buyers looking for good deals. “As you know, Phoenix is one of the most distressed areas in terms of foreclosed real estate and with this bus, we hope to help turn things around a little bit quicker and anything we can do to help turn around this market will help us all in the future.”
